About Patriot Homecare

Patriot Homecare is a locally owned and operated home health care agency which has been licensed in Tennessee since 1984. Owners and staff are available daily in the office and 24/7 on call to ensure patient satisfaction. We offer in home private duty services for pediatric to geriatric patients. We are accredited by the ACHC and are HIPAA verified.

We are dedicated to providing you with high quality care. We take pride in our staff and our ability to provide personable and specialized care. We do our best to match patients with staff that are both qualified and compatible to work with you. It is our priority that you are comfortable with the staff in your home.

Patriot Homecare accepts most Medicaid programs including BlueCare. We are a service provider for the Department of Energy's EEOIC program. Under this program, current or former workers who have been diagnosed with cancer, beryllium disease, asbestosis, or silicosis and whose illness was caused by exposure to radiation, beryllium, or silica while working under certain entities may qualify for in home care at no cost. Entities such as the DOE, DOE contractors or subcontractors, a designated AWE vendor, or a beryllium vendor, may qualify. A family member may be employed at Patriot and be able to provide personal care services to you through this program. We are a provider for Veteran's Affairs, private pay, long term care policies, and Medicare.
