A thorough pre-employment background check, elderly abuse screenings, sex offender registry check, and pre-employment drug screens are all performed on each employee. Staff also receives a client-specific orientation before the employee is ever sent to your home. Weekly staff supervision is also provided.

We are very aware that life does not fit neatly between the hours of 9 to 5 and for that reason we are available 24 hours per day. It is our mission to make sure that our patients and families know that they are important, no matter what time of day!
We strive to foster an environment of dedication and determination in regards to staffing our patients. Any time, day or night, a staffing coordinator is available to handle scheduling issues and will work around the clock to resolve any problems.
Staffing plays a very important role in your Homecare. Here at Patriot we understand this, and we want to ensure you have the best experience with our nurses and caregivers as possible.
We want our Staff to represent who we are and what we believe in as a company.
We strive to ensure that we make the best match possible when it comes to finding your nurses and caregivers. This person will be in your home often and we want to make sure personalities mesh well and that all of your request are met.
Also, be rested assure you will not be left without coverage. We do everything we can to ensure you are staffed even if that means having someone from our office fill in for the day. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY'S WELL-BEING IS IMPORTANT TO US! Our scheduling team works hard to ensure we always have coverage!

Do YOU have this card?
If so, may qualify for homecare at no cost to you! A family member or spouse can be trained to provide non-skilled services in your home up to 12 hours per day if you qualify. You may also qualify for skilled nursing care, durable medical equipment, and much more!
We can also assist you with filing claims and submitting claimant reimbursement forms at NO cost to you!
Patient Safety and COVID-19
Patriot Homecare is dedicated to provide continuing care to our patients during this unprecedented time. We are taking extra steps to ensure your safety, as well as, the safety of our staff. We will be doing temperature checks at the start of each shift, wiping down all high touch areas with sanitizing wipes, and asking our staff to social distance as much as possible during this time. Aid & AttendancePatriot Homecare is pleased to announce that we are now offering a new service that you or your loved ones may qualify for. We are partnering with VetAssist to offer Aid and Attendance. You can receive these services and benefits on top of your other benefits. Did you serve during one of the VA Defined War Periods?* World War II: December 7, 1941-December 31, 1946* Korean Conflict: June 27, 1950-January 31, 1955* Vietnam Era: August 5, 1964-May 7, 1975 Veterans who served February 28, 1961-August 5, 1964, must have served “in country” (Vietnam).* Persian Gulf War: August 2, 1990- date to be prescribed by Presidential Proclamation or law. Must have served active duty for two years or the full period of which the veteran was called for active duty. If you answer yes to the below questions and are interested learning more about this program, call the office or your case manager. Even if you do not qualify for VA compensation you may qualify for the Aid and Attendance Pension Program. Here is How You Qualify: Do you meet these "3-Ms"?
